Project Workflow
1.
Design
We make sure that every phase is through especially from the beginning to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Design concept is so important and the details matter. Materials selections are also important especially with what is with inside the budget. Once the budget is set the scope is finalized.
2.
Pre-Construction
During this phase the estimate is finalized. The contract is signed. Permits are then stared once deposit is finalized. Schedule is created and project schedule is finalized.
3.
Construction
Physical work is started on the project. The foundation and rough-ins are started and completed. Inspections start occurring as each phase is completed. Interior and exterior of space is completed. Final instillation of interior pieces are completed.
4.
Closeout
Final portion of the design build process is punch list walkthrough and final payment.
